  • How will the books ship?

    Hardcover copies of The Confidence Habit will start shipping to U.S. domestic addresses beginning September 1st, 2026 and should be received in 7-10 business days. Books can ship to a mix of bulk and individual addresses in the U.S. and our team can work with you to deliver by certain need-by-dates and shipping restrictions.


  • Is the Book Club event live or recorded?

    The Book Club is delivered live. A recording may be provided depending on the package and event logistics. 

  • How does Mentally Strong Academy access work?

    Each participant will receive individual access to the Mentally Strong Academy for six months. The Academy includes monthly virtual trainings delivered by Dr. Cindra, unlimited access to all of her online courses, exclusive bonuses and offerings, and access to our virtual Mentally Strong Conference. Content is on-demand and designed to complement The Confidence Habit with practical application. 


  • Who leads the coaching call?

    Coaching sessions are led by Certified Mentally Strong Coaches, trained in performance psychology and confidence development through the Mentally Strong Institute and Dr. Cindra. 


  • Is the keynote customizable?

    Yes. Corporate and Organizational Bundle keynotes are fully customized to your organization’s goals, industry, and challenges. Delivery will be virtual.

  • Are these offers available outside the U.S.?
